Compass Advantage
Buse Agency is part of Compass. For a client, what that mostly means is a set of tools and programs that come with the brokerage, and a few of them make a real difference to how a purchase or a sale goes. This page covers the ones we use most and when they are useful to you.
When you are buying
Compass Collections is a shared visual workspace for a home search, something like a Pinterest board that you and your agent both work in. You save the homes you like, we add the ones we think you should see, and the conversation about each house stays attached to that house. It also watches the market for you, so when a home on your board changes price or status you hear about it right away. It replaces the long email thread full of links, and if you are searching from another state that matters a lot.

When you are selling
Compass Insights is a dashboard for your listing. It shows us the audience and traffic numbers behind your home online, meaning who is looking and where they are coming from, and we use it to decide where the marketing effort and money should go next.
Marketing Center is the Compass design studio. It holds a library of designs that we customise for the print pieces and social posts for your house. Derek worked in design and marketing before he got into real estate, so he has opinions here, and the practical benefit to you is that the material for your listing gets made quickly and looks the way it should.
Bridge loans
The awkward part of moving from one house to another is that you usually need the money from the first one to buy the second. Compass Bridge Loan Services is meant for that gap between the home you have and the home you want. It gives you access to competitive rates and dedicated support from lenders, and if you sell your home with a Compass agent there is an option to have up to six months of your loan payments fronted.
Whether a bridge loan makes sense depends on your numbers. Talk it through with us and with a lender before you count on it.
Concierge
Compass Concierge fronts the cost of getting a house ready to sell, with services like staging, flooring and painting. The covered work includes floor repair, carpet cleaning and replacement, staging, deep cleaning, decluttering, cosmetic renovations, landscaping, and interior and exterior painting. It lets a seller get the prep work done now and pay for it later, instead of up front.
The Concierge page explains how the program works and when the money is paid back. If you want to talk about any of this for your own house or your own move, get in touch.
