The other nice thing about using Derek is he can work to cover other appointments that are important to you, like home inspections, appraisals, personal showings of the house, or anything else that's important to you and on your schedule, not necessarily theirs. Derek, his family, and the support staff are professional, sincere, and punctual at all times. He also can't be matched as far as daily communication and shifting around their schedules as required to meet the needs of all involved. Additionally, Derek will be honest with you if he thinks somebody in a very specific market can be of better assistance to you, nobody I know is that honest when he will lose a sale, but he is. I told him I refused to let someone else get the sale and it actually did not happen, but he was willing to lose the sale in order for me to get a better deal and direct attention from the seller. In my opinion, which is based on selling and buying multiple media to high-end properties in the Pacific Northwest, you will not be able to beat the overall atmosphere, customer-first attitude, and unparalleled expertise in that region.
