Knowledge is power, so I constantly research the national economy and the local marketplace. I have also continuously worked to improve my skill set; earning the Certified Negotiation Expert and Global Luxury Specialist designations are just a few examples.

I have lived in 5 different left coast communities, and I believe Bellingham is simply the best. We have it all here: beautiful mountains and a gorgeous coastline, all within an easy driving distance. Anne has over 30 years of real estate experience including fine homes, condos, commercial, and income properties. During her career, she achieved the top producer status and has participated in more than $500 million in residential real estate sales. She is a new construction specialist and has launched numerous communities. Past projects include Spyglass, Highfield, Edgewater Condominiums, Wycliffe, Northern Heights, and Westhills. Anne has exceptional skills in negotiations, market trends and knowledge of property value analysis. She holds her CCIM certificate which is awarded to 6 percent of nationwide. Wilhelmina Hardisty is highly knowledgeable about Whatcom County as she was born and raised in Bellingham, WA. Prior to her real estate career, Wilhelmina lived in New York City for 10 years. Attending school in the city, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising & Marketing along with Economics from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Simultaneously she worked as a fashion model for major brands such as Gap, Ralph Lauren, and Chloe; among many others. Her success in New York City comes from her keen interpersonal skills where she cultivated strong working relationships with brands, designers, and colleagues. 
 
When she isn’t working you will find Wilhelmina exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, trying new local restaurants, and supporting small businesses. She is passionate about interior design and keeps an eye on architectural trends. While diversifying herself in all aspects of the community and design, she gains a wealth of knowledge that she loves to share with others and future clientele.
