Erika Buse is a Whatcom County native. She has also lived in five different West Coast communities, so when she says Bellingham is the best of them she has something to compare it to. The mountains and the coastline are both an easy drive from here, and she likes helping people who are new to the area settle in and find a home and a way of living that suits them.

She has kept training too, and holds the Certified Negotiation Expert and Global Luxury Specialist designations. For sellers she plans around getting the best return she can. For buyers she works her many local contacts to find homes that are not on the market.
