Wilhelmina Moslehi
Wilhelmina Moslehi was born and raised in Bellingham, and what she knows about Whatcom County comes from living in it. When she advises clients she works from local data, so that the decisions they make are informed ones.
Before real estate she spent ten years in New York City. She went to school there and earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising and marketing, along with economics, from the Fashion Institute of Technology. At the same time she was working as a fashion model for brands including Gap, Ralph Lauren and Chloe, among many others. That work ran on relationships with brands, designers and colleagues, and she was good at building them.
She works the same way now. Wilhelmina cares about real connections, builds relationships with clients that last, and knows a lot of people in her community. She is optimistic, she works hard, and she puts trust, integrity and communication first.
Away from work she is usually out somewhere in the Pacific Northwest, trying a new local restaurant or supporting a small business. She loves interior design and keeps an eye on architectural trends, and she is happy to share what she picks up along the way with clients.
