I told him I refused to let someone else get the sale and it actually did not happen, but he was willing to lose the sale in order for me to get a better deal and direct attention from the seller. In my opinion, which is based on selling and buying multiple media to high-end properties in the Pacific Northwest, you will not be able to beat the overall atmosphere, customer-first attitude, and unparalleled expertise in that region.
